The ‘core’ group at TideWater Utilities have a combined total of 160+ years of experience in the power and utilities sector. The following persons make up this group:
Doug Adams – President – 25+ years successfully owning and operating service industry companies. The current owner/president of our communication division – Cablelync, rated #1 for customer service & safety across the country for the largest Telecommunications provider - Rogers. Doug is also President/CEO of Horizon Network Management.

Kieron Dowling – Chief Executive Office of the Allied Group of Companies which include TideWater Utilities, Cablelync and Horizon Network Management. Kieron is a Senior Executive with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Director experience in both public and private companies with a proven track record of success in some of Canada’s leading global high tech organizations including Nortel Networks, Celestica and Newbridge Networks.. He has vast experience in growing companies nationally and internationally. Kieron is also an author, publisher and subject matter expert on international expansion.
